The story of the beginnings of the Warehouse247 located in Naples Florida.

Dawn and Ron Kasperski were not given the vision by the Lord in a one time thought or vision, but many times through a journey of obedience to His still small voice. If He were to have told us “This is what I want you to do”… I don’t think we would have been able to receive it as it wasn’t anything that we would have planned on our own. It would have been too much at one time for us to conceive.

The Warehouse 24/7 started out as a pursuit to obtain a location to restore cars. A hobby that Ron enjoyed in Michigan but since relocating to Florida, he did not have a garage/shop large enough to work in.

In Florida he started looking for a small warehouse facility for the hobby. It was when Dawn was ending a ladies church small group that they realized a space was needed for gathering. Her group was meeting in a restaurant, owned by a church member, that was unfortunately closing their doors. They would be losing their meeting space. This is when the Lord put on their hearts the thought or vision to have this group at the warehouse space to meet instead. This idea came about as most of the warehouse spaces they looked at had a combination of office space and warehouse space. Since Ron was just looking for a warehouse, the idea to look at the combo space seemed a natural solution. We thought not only could the ladies have a group here, but we could offer the office space to the church for others that might be in that same situation in needing a space to meet outside the church walls.

Then as the pursuit for this space continued, the Lord gave a vision to pray for the country 24/7. The story that was part of vision was that of Moses holding his hands high and winning the battle (Exodus 17:11-13).

After looking for many months, it seemed nothing fit or was available for our needs. After shelving the idea for a while, the Lord brought a unique warehouse space that had some potential. However, the office portion (which he saw as being the ministry space) was not available, leaving only the warehouse portion. The Lord directed and made it clear that this space would be used for His purposes. The concept was simple, yet bold and powerful: and the Warehouse 24/7 was born.

We felt that the Lord had a desire to invite the body of Christ together not only for small group bible study but for intercessory prayer for the myriad of issues that plague our nation and world today. Now is the time to implore the Lord to usher in revival across our land!

The Lord continued to show further vision of unity in the body of Christ:  Ron was shown that God wants the church body to come together as one, regardless of denomination, at one time all across the country. Ron felt the Lord showing him that in the future we were to meet at our local city halls, courthouses, stadiums, and arenas. All at the same time, in one accord. This will be exciting to see what the Lord has in store!

The Warehouse 24/7 has been a continual revelation of what the Lord wants to do with the space. We continue to see/seek His direction. He has been showing us His desire, how it was in the beginning, when He first gave His Holy Spirit to us as shown in the book of Acts.

In Acts, we see how the early church was continually devoted to gathering in unity for fellowship and prayer. They met often, sometimes day and night. Acts 2:42–They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:46—”Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.”

There are also several places in the Bible where they devoted themselves day and night to seek the Lord for prayer and worship. Luke 18:7-8—”And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

We are finding that there is a growing movement of God’s people who were hungry for deeper prayer, praise and worship, allowing the Holly Spirit to move and teaching from the Word.

This process could have never been started without first the unity of Dawn and Ron together with the Lord to cultivate the steps He gave us.
